Case Study
Highview Manor
Luxury interior glazing for a high-end countryside home
Architect: Arkitac
Main Contractor: Millgate Homes
With commanding views to the north over the Preservation Trust land towards the Oxford Spires, set in the grounds of the former Warnborough College, Highview Manor is a spectacular luxury Georgian style five-bedroom house in Boars Hill, Oxford.

Luxury Design
Designed and built by award winning house builder, Millgate Homes, the property is a combination of traditional country manor and elegant, contemporary, modern home. Every luxury you can imagine has been included in the design, making it one of the most desirable of Millgate Homes properties.
Modern Open-Plan Look
Built over four levels, the property provides living accommodation over three upper floors, with the lower level dedicated as a leisure complex. Lusso Interiors were engaged to provide the internal glazing within this area, so that it could be divided into separate zones whilst still maintaining a modern open-plan look.

Stunning Effect
Lusso installed frameless single glazed partitions, to stunning effect, for the indoor swimming pool, leisure zone, gymnasium and circulation areas. To make the system as unobtrusive as possible all glazing tracks were recessed into the surrounding substrate to give that “floating glass effect”. This was further complimented by the integration of frameless single glazed doors on inline pivots.
